Wishing Well Is:

Safe, reliable, full spectrum of care for adults with disabilities.

An opportunity for respite for parents, guardians and caregivers.

Fully supported community-based and in-house social opportunities.

In the state of Illinois, there are over 22,000 people with disabilities waiting for funding for essential services like Wishing Well.

Our small, personal setting featuring a 2:1 client-to-staff ratio provides an unrivaled level of care and attention to our clients, allowing them to build and maintain vital skill sets.

When a person with disabilities turns 22 years of age, he or she is no longer afforded a free and appropriate public education from the state of Illinois. This "aging out" of the public school system leaves parents and/or guardians with difficult decisions to make regarding the continuation of care, learning and enrichment of the lives of their dependents with disabilities.

In 2003, Wishing Well was born out of a necessity to serve these individuals.
